Project implementation
You decide how far we should take the construction. What’s more, if you choose to work with us, we guarantee that the agreed-upon price for your home will not change over time – so you don’t have to worry about any unpleasant surprises. The details of the work included in each package can be found below. Completion to the closed shell stage takes an average of just 14 days, and to the developer’s standard, 4-5 weeks!
The developer’s standard includes:
- C24 building structure
- Roof with full boarding
- Triple-glazed windows
- 15 cm Isover Uni Mat thermal insulation
- Facade execution
- Sanitary and electrical installations (15 points)
- 2.8 cm spruce flooring on the mezzanine or attic
- Roof covering with standing seam metal sheets
- Installation of gypsum board
- Stairs
- Front door matching the roof color
- Wooden railing on the mezzanine
The closed shell stage includes:
- C24 building structure
- Roof with full boarding
- Triple-glazed windows
- Partition walls
- Facade execution
- Roof covering with standing seam metal sheets
- Front door
Removal of topsoil, bedding, compaction, construction of a 15 cm thick foundation slab according to the design using B25 concrete, double reinforcement with 6 mm steel bars, installation of hydraulic drains, sealing, and thermal insulation with 10 cm thick XPS styrofoam boards.
Foundation for the terrace drilled to a diameter of 25 cm and a depth of 1 m, terrace structure made from C24 structural wood measuring 14.5×4.5 cm, pergola also made from C24 structural wood measuring 14.5×4.5 cm, terrace decking made from larch boards.
